StilteFlex is manufactured as PVC based and high density. StilteFlex, which has a standard production between 1.2 mm and 5 mm, can also be produced in different thicknesses upon request. It provides professional sound insulation in the transmission loss values of neighboring wall sounds. Depending on the desired cross-section, it can be easily used between two plasterboards or in combination with sponges. StilteFlex can be combined with interlining, felt and sponge products and used in many different sections. Interlining products are preferred for ease of adhesion.

Tecsound, consisting of acoustic felt layers and a viscoelastic layer membrane, provides professional sound insulation in environments where noise absorption, sound insulation and complex vibration damping are required.

One surface of the Tecsound product is laminated with double-sided tape.

It can be used alone, but can also be used with dowels and staples when necessary.

Bondex Sponge is a sound insulation sponge manufactured by tightly combining inert fabric and sponge scraps and increasing their density. It is the most commonly used insulation sponge in sound insulation applications. Since Bondex sponge density is high, its sound permeability is lower than other sponge groups. Depending on the area you will apply, you can use Bondex either alone or as “StilteBon” laminated with StilteFlex.

StilteFoam is created by laminating StilteFlex TT between two fireproof acoustic sponges, with one surface flat and the other surface in the desired shape. StilteFoam prevents noise transmission through neighboring walls by absorbing the noise generated by airborne sounds. Production can be made in different densities and thicknesses depending on the section to be created.

The product surface can optionally be applied in different shapes (e.g. egg, pyramid, labyrinth, etc.).

Fireproof acoustic sponges are manufactured with an impregnation system. These sponges, produced in different densities between 50 DNS and 90 DNS, are widely used in acoustic regulation.

Bass Cube is used to absorb the sound at corners and junctions where sound echoes occur the most. With its open-pore structure, it is an ideal insulation material to create the desired performance in sounds. It allows you to get more effective results together with bass traps. It is used to break very high frequency bass sounds and to regulate the acoustics in the environment.

Bass Cubes can also be used by hanging them from the ceiling.

Stone wool is produced by melting minerals obtained from volcanic rocks at very high temperatures and turning them into fibers. Stone wool provides heat, sound and fire insulation in the buildings where it is applied. Rockwool is obtained from volcanic rocks found in nature, which have superior properties than other stones in terms of the minerals they contain and their chemical properties. It is a mostly preferred material due to its quality, durability and wide range of usage areas in insulation.

Izoagraf products are vibration-dampening materials made of specially produced rubber insulators, which separate the wall bearing constructions and other building elements from each other to prevent direct contact in curtain wall manufacturing.
